OverView of Kuliary
Kuliary is a small village which is set up by borasamber king long time ago (i dont know actual time). Kuliary names is came from two words i.e. Kuli and aari. Kuli means labour or workers or in other words you can say the servant of the king who watch the border and when the king comes to jungle they help him in hunting. The other word aari(ary) means the border. Hence you can say the village at which the servants of king lives who guards the border from enemy in my knowledge the first gountia (head) of the village is mr. Braja mohan pradhan who came from a village named chandi pali near padampur. He bought the village from the king with a royalty of six thousand. There after his son santosh pradhan became the gauntia till 1995. Then his son mr. Satyanand pradhan became gauntia till 2016 February. Now after him mr. Jadumani pradhan is the gauntia at the two side of this village there are two mountain. At one side there is a small river flowing. And at the south there is a small dam named as malken nala project. People of this village mainly depends on farming and most of them are bpl. There is a up school and a beauty full temple present in the village. rathayatra, kadoyatra and vindhyabashini puja are main festival in the village.
