Kandiwara is one of the best place of kashmir,There are different ways to reach there as hereunder:1. from Akingam you can also visit there via Mohripura if i am not wrong,2. secondly you can visit there via Village Sagam , there are various ways to reach there from Village Sagam and Village Khalhar, I dont know how much is it from Anantnag, However this is one of the beautiful village, people are very simple Sober.Mostly i found Gujjars there who speaks language which is different from kashmiri language it is far similar to Punjabi and Goojri of Haryana and Delhi.There is beautiful village Sundernad, which should be carved into tourist place so that everyone should be employed there.Places I liked in Kandiwara are :1. Sundernad2. Bairo Sahib3. Bank of Breng River4. Hills of KandiwaraOne of the old man in this village told me that there was one of the last Kashmiri Pandit living in this village But now they have been Migrated somewhere i dont remember probably he told me the name Mr. Deena Nath (The last Kashmiri Pandit of Kandiwara village)I met one person there who is most intelligent and sober and well mannered person Mr. Mir he was not Gujjar, i remember he told me this name and he told me the way how to reach to the National highwayPeople of Kandiwara has got such a beautiful village but not body understands its value.God has Gifted this village as a Diamond to people of Kandiwara, but nobody bothers about it, This village can be a source of employement for them there is such a beautiful scenery there that if they build Hotels and Resorts there, it can be a Shimla part-2.Imagine if Hotels and Resorts should be build in Sundernad, see the magic how there will be the rush of tourists.One Hotel construction will give lesson to others, If one Hotel got established, 2nd will automatically get established, hence few will get established, after sometimes many Hotels and Resorts will get established.After sometime see the magic how Kandiwara village will be get Progressed fastly.1.Everyone would be employed in Kandiwara2. Everyone would be Rich in Kandiwara3. Everyone would be self dependent for lifetime.Trust me Kandiwara is treasure which the god has gifted people, it can be Shimla -2 But everything depends upon people of kandiwara if they implements my adviceThank You all
