It's placed near about 40 km away from Rajapur. Baingwadi has great history behind its name as people came to stay there from far place of maharashtra almost 20 decades ago. Baingwadi is famous for the mangoes, Cashew Nut (Kaju), kokam juice and much more. Its surrounded with lakes called "Parya". Most of the people are busy with their works related to farming and other things. Most of the people produce rice through the season of summer, and then they concentrate on the mangoes and Cashew Nut production as lots of care is taken to produce them well, protect them and distribute on time.

Almost all festivals are celebrated here, mostly festivals like ganeshotsav, shimga and marriage of tulsi are celebrated with all the people of village. most peoples come from mumbai to enjoy such festivals and emotional moments of it. There are few occasions when each individual is participated to contribute for functions like "Pooja of village". everyone is excited and enjoyed on that day. This is three day function, in three days there are some competions regarding dance, sport games, mind games in which younger as well as older peoples get connected.
