OverView Of Bar

Bar is a very beautiful village whose two sides are surrounded by the mountains and have a scenery view. We find buffaloes, Goats, Dogs are common there. Population of the village is not more than 1500. The native language of Bar is Hindi, Punjabi and most of the village people speak Hindi, Punjabi only. Most of the natives are very cooperative and helping in nature. Their main occupation is related to agriculture. Their living style and style of wearing is far simple. Most of the family belongs to BPL.  Only few owns vehicle and only few families are educated otherwise most of the families are under educated.

 There is no bank in the village and natives need to go to nearby locations to reach bank. Due to illiteracy and lack of money sons and daughters of families cannot show their ability and modify themselves in and according to the modern world. The village is the dark stage .To reach BAR is not so easy only single lane road connects bar to cities like Pinjore and Kalka. Rail line is 5 km from the village there is no hospital patient need to go to the cities that takes time as linked road is not fine and easy to go.
