PAHARI

Pahari is a famous village under Loharu tehsil, it normally known as chahar pahari as a cluster name how ever chahar is a seprate village.There is one arawali hill near the village which called pahari in local lunguage. Population of the village is about 10,000. It is one among the 52 villages of sheoran gotra jats. This complete area was ruled by muslim nawab during pre independant era. People earn their lively hood by agriculture however a sizable number is employed in Army, para military forces. Villagers of this village are famous for their rackless courage and honesty.

There is a famous durga mata temple on the hill and every six month there is mela in the village. People from far and near come to temple during these melas.

This village was destroyed twice by the english army to punish the villagers to keep them under control as they used to take active part in Indian Nation Movements.

You can travel by train upto Loharu and then you may reach village by a bus from Loharu.
