Towards South of Chandankiyari via either Baramessiya or Bharaguri 13 KM on the bank of river Tasarkua. It is a bengali spoken but working is being done in Hindi/English. Mandir of Lord Shiva inaugurated about 400 yrs ago by Sarkar Family and also an Mandir of Goddess Durga which was also inaugurated by sarkar family where more then 700 sacrifices are being made during Durga Puja. Its the first durga puja of Jharkhand and Bihar in accordance to the license n umber. The Druga Puja is now handled by Mr. Dinu Sarkar. Electricity has been established on 14th Oct 2015. So Called education is very low, Agriculture system is not encouraging, somehow people are arranging their livelihood and fall under the havenot group. Govt is trying hard to uplift the general economic & a request to establish a degree college & computer education after persuing 10+ particular for girl students as nearby college is available at 15 KM away (Chandra near chandankiyari) that is too expensive for us.
