Introduction: The village situate a bow from Bhagirathi river(at least 900m).and far from devprayag 18km. There is three temple in village 1-Rajrajeswari mata,2-Ghandiyal dev,3-Nagraja devta.More importance of this village is that here is more natural resources (dhara).Much natural beauty available in this village where have more tree of mango,bhimal,dainkan,bargad etc.from this village a way is going to Koteshwar there is a siddhpith of Bhole nath,the temple is situated at the right bank of Bhagirathi,its very peaceful place and so quite for visiting. Kharsara have three school like pvt school,primary school,GIC collage.almost all people are literature and some is high educated. all people live together,when ever a function happen in the village then all villager finish that combined. Some function like marry,chudakaram,terhvi(when a person died so after 13days later) etc.
from my vill kharsara you may be see a beautiful view of chandrabadni siddhpith other vally. entire village covered by tree,there a society shop and general shop available.The village attacheded to the road of Devprayag-Gaza-chaka.
