History.
The Two men one is Muslim (Name Shekh Gaiur) and another is Hindu (Sri Gonaur Thakur), came from Kathmaliya a place near Dhaka around 1700-1710. Both are closed friends and work together for long time. The well known person of this village was Shekh Tizarat, Sekh Sujayet, Shekh Raisul Azam, Sekh Yaqoob, Sekh Ishaq etc. who has role model to develop of this village. They were council the people of SC, SCT and other people like carpender, Mehter, Tanner, Darji, weaver etc. This place is also a very good example of a Hindu-Muslim generation where all man is not known by name but as chacha, mama, kaka, Dada, Bhai, etc. Latter after looking good environment another people came and settled here. The Muslim become stronger and stronger because of polarization of scattered to one place and dominant over all other because of business, education and land gain over all near village. In latter stag one of the family member (Shekh Qadeer) a well known person in this locality was a dominant strongman with not only for wealth but also with judgment. His diamond period was in between 1965-1990. He was also an active Gongress worker and friend of local Rajput MLA Rajender pratap and his family was also an active participant in Mahatma Gandi satyagraha 1918-1919. He was selected 3 times as surpunch and continues on this position till death. His brother Janab Sekh Raisul Azam was Mukhiya (1986-1992) till life. The well known devoted people Maulana Fasihuddin & Md Zafir Alam has accelerated this locality after opening an Islamic education center in 1976 named Modarsa Manba-al-Uloom, where approximate 1000 students are studied.
