As told by old peoples the name of village chandenamal means "the place which have richness and prosperty in hindi dialect "paisewala" because the peoples of this village paid high revenue called "maal gujaari" to the government. So the village name 'chandena' suffix 'mall' and this name famous after all. We also called this 'paisewalo ka gaon' or 'a village of rich peoples'. But this is in past. Scenario changed at present. There are survives many poor families in this village now days.
This village inhabited ashore of river named 'krishni river'. A historical and cultural importance for this area villages and agriculture. At present this river converted into drain, sewage or gutter of many sugarcane and paperboard manufacturing industries which construct near nanauta town. We have effort to save this great river.
There are a great culture society named maati gramni near the community centre which organize by dr. Ashok chauhan, a social activist and educationist. High school and a temple which situates into a green trees garden and flowers. There are temple of 'goga peer' in the middle of the village.
The main economic resources of this village is agriculture and fruit gardening. The main food are daal roti, rice, kari and many more of the villagers.
Main festivals of this village are holi, diwali, hariyaali teez, basant panchmi, janmashtami and goga navami. There are a artist team of plays 'raam leela' in dusshara . There are a public school founded by late shri kaan singh chauhan in this village.
