Moteta is small village in banaskantha district one of the most popular village of banaskantha. Since 1000th years ago founded village. Gepaji charan is known as fonder of moteta.gadhvi, prajapati, koli, chaudhary, dalit community are live in moteta. Gadhvi -charan jagirdar basically from rajasthan they known as 'bhabha'and jagirdar also. Gadhvi samaj peoples mostly work in government sector. prajapati, koli, chaudhary and dalit community depends on agricultural and diamond business. All villagers are live in brotherhood and peaceful atmosphere, They also live in well economic and educational situation. Gadhvi community live with higher attitude and all villagers are followed them. 100% education ratio in gadhvi community and 60% above people of others community are educated in secondary schools. Villagers have very useful and saffisiete productive land. They production bajra, weet, groundnut and tobacco. Moteta is connected by bus service, rail services and private transportation in shrouding area of palanpur, ambaji, aburoad, Vadgam, sidhhpur, unja, and mahesana. One of the best surprised situation located in gadhvi community, they people are well educated and government employees but he and she too much loved him/her customs and systems in rajashahi time. like that parda pratha, widow system, dowry system.
