In Mauhar Village, Mr. Jeetendra Kumar, son of Late Devicharan, became the first person from his village to be selected for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Hamirpur. Inspired by his achievement, his younger brother also later secured admission to JNV Hamirpur.After completing his 12th grade from JNV Rath, Hamirpur, Jeetendra appeared for entrance exams for free IIT-JEE coaching programs. He successfully cleared two prestigious programs: Dakshana Foundation and Super 100 Kanpur. He chose to join Super 100 Kanpur, where he prepared rigorously for the IIT-JEE.His hard work paid off when he cracked the IIT-JEE and secured admission to IIT Gandhinagar.
