Vallampatla is a village located in Maddur Mandal of Siddipet district in Telangana. Earlier, during the united Andhra Pradesh period, it was part of Warangal district. It is a very peaceful village. A tar road surrounds the village, making transportation convenient. There is a school in the village up to 7th class. As the village is situated at an important junction, it has facilities like a rice mill, a petrol bunk, and hotels. From here, there are many bus services to Hyderabad, Warangal, Siddipet, Jangaon, and Husnabad. The Hanuman temple in the village is considered very sacred and powerful. There is also an ancient large stone idol of Ganapati known as Burraputhana. Many ancient idols have been discovered in this area. Beedi companies are also present in the village. To protect themselves from the Razakars in the past, the villagers built a large watchtower (Burj). The Dasara festival is celebrated here with great grandeur. The village has temples of Durga Mata, Peddamma, Pochamma, and Katta Maisamma. There are three ponds located on both sides of the village. In earlier times, this village served as a central place (Deshmukh/Desam) for 12 surrounding villages, and Brahmins also lived here.
