Keesara it is a beautiful village,this village belongs to kosali panchayat.it is in bhamini mandal parvatipuram manyam district.the village is near by vamsadhara river.the river is border of Andhra, odisha.keesara village population is approximately 600above, the village youth mostly going to work as a migrant labourers.there is no bus facility to keesara,kosali villages,the transport systems depends on sharing auto only.keesara near by town is kothuru.it is 7 kilometres only,but auto fare is 30 rupees per head.no development to the village.this village purely based on agriculture sector.the village has a mpup school.the students study in this school 7th class only.after that for other studies go to an other village.it is 3.7 kilometres to this village, the village has anganwadi centre,and a primary health centre.there is no grama sachivalayam,rbk,etc. Main problem employment.the villagers have no proper employment.the village politics purely based on caste feelings.the sarpanch candidates all are not well educated persons.
