Beh Charnan was a royal village. It was established in V.S. 1667 by Late Sh. Th. Tikam Dan Ji Singhdayach(charan). At that time the king of Jodhpur kingdom was Late Sh. Soor Singh Ji. Th. Tikam Dan Ji was one of the best poet of the Kings cabinet, so the village Beh Charanan was awarded to him for his poems and bravery. The name of the village was given as per the name of a pound Beh Nadi.
