Bandi Wala, a village of Fazilka district is a village that is full of nature, nice humans and safe to stay. There is one Gurdwara Sahib, 4 Hindu Temples which are really good maintained by the people of the village. Bandi Wala has a good history. This village was colonized by two brothers in 1898. One of the residents of this village told a famous store about the naming of this village. The resident told that there was a "mare" which lived on the coast of a pond. The mare did not have the full "tail" (basically called as Landi pooch in Punjabi) and therefore, the people named the village "Landiwala". But, "Landi" was replaced with "Bandi" from the language "Bagri" after some time which has the same meaning. 

Bandi wala is very beautiful and the main beauty about this village is that people live with "unity"
