Papaiahpeta village was ruled by KUNDE RAMAIAH as a first Sarpanch in the year of 1952, he was elected unanimously by all the community peoples of papaiahpet. Under his guidance government school was established even financially support for construct the school. Kunde Ramaiah is a very honest person, Ramaiah is inspire to all the papaiahpet people.
