OverView of Totlur
Totlur was a famous village during Nizam's time. The village was headed by a person called by the name Shri. Manik Rao Totlur from the year 1900 to 1940. He was well known from Yadgir to Mahboobnagar. Shri. Manik Rao Totloor was a staunch devotee of Lord Shive and Shri ManikPrabhu. He used to treat all his villagers as his brothers and children. Even now the villagers hold him in high eteem. The village was gifted to his grand father during 1840. It is learnt that even after 76years no person of his caliber has taken birth amongst his relatives. Manik RAO tOTLUR EARNED VAST STRETCH OF LAND AND HE DONATED FREELY TO THE NEEDY PEOPLE.
