The village Sadasivapur is 1 km. awaay from river Brahmani and 3 km from National Highway (Cuttack-Sambalpur).It is consisting of 4 wards. Old Sadasibapur is the mother village. But, later on some inhabitants shifted to Middle and New Sadasibapur Village and resided there.Sardar Patel High School is an old school.In the past many students from distant villages were reading in the school. Many of them have excelled in their life and placed in various professions. The inhabitants are drawn from different caste such as Brahmin, SCs. Most of them are farmers. There is a cordial relationship among them. The village has seen 3 popular leaders (Late Ananta Charan Mishra, Late Janardan Mishra, Late Gourahari Tripathy) who have left footprints in the society.The leading Odiya Cine artist USASHI MISHRA is from this village.Maa Budhi Thakurani( Goddess Budhi) is very famous here.She fulfills the desire of her devotees.She has come to the village in a bullock cart from Hindol Jungle  with late Lokanath Mishra . She is the protector of the village. Besides this there are Balunkaswar Temple, Baidynath Jew Temple, Goddess Jena Temple and Lord Gopinath Jew Temple. The villagers celebrate Durga Puja, Dola Purnima , Rasa Purnima, Sital Sasthi etc with grandeur.Annual JANGYA is conducted in Balunkaswar Temple, Baidynath Jew Temple, Goddess Jena Temple. Dandimal Ralway Station is nearer to this village Many Daily riders go to Bhubaneswar everyday. People make transaction in UCO Bank, Sadasibapur. Panchayat Head Quarter is also here.The young persons play football and cricket.
