Melapudi is small village.  Basically agriculture and textile weaving.  There is a historical temple.  Venugopalaswamy.  Very beautiful God.  I visited this place in 1980.  Still (2012) I remember this place as well as the beauty of the God.  If given a chance, I would like to visit again.Here the peoples are so good. Venu gopalaswamy temple is historical and it was built in 14th century.
