Tentulia is a very old village. it was formed many years ago at the time of rajtantra. it was a small village .formed by Nilagiri maharaj. Tentulia is a GP and a post office in our village. The Tentulia GP consist of Tentulia, Charabadi, Bauriora, Kanigadia, Balisahi villages, about 70% of people in our village are literate. Three ME school and a high school in our village, here is a Shiv temple on middle of our village. Almost all type of religions are lives in Tentulia, the majority is Hindu and among of them majority number of BATHUDI (ST) are lives. The main occupations of our village is farming, 50% of people are farmer, here is a two weekly market in our village situated on Monday and Friday. Villagers observe the festival Basanta Panchami(Saraswati Pooja) and Dasherra (Durga Pooja).
