Khunkhu naga village is a christian village(Baptist) it is also called as Ariang by the local people which is located in manipur, district: senapati tehsil: saitu-gamphazol geographically the village is bounded by two river locally called as kiluiguki in the western side and makhuanguiki in the eastern side in the northern side there is mountain locally called as Naraluang and in the southern side there is leimakhong and sekmai valley. Khunkhu naga tradition and culture: khunkhu Naga people belong to sub tribe of Zeliangrong which is commonly called as liangmai, their mother language is Liangmai Not a Meitei They have an old traditional type of dancing,in these type of dancing they used spear, head gear, chagi etc Most important festival of the village is Chirstmas, good Friday, youth club rising day, etc occupation most of the people of the village depend on agriculture there are different type of agriculture system. The most common type are Jhum cultivation, seasonally cultivation etc some of the most important crops of the village are rice, potato, cabbage, zinger, garllic, raddish, carrot, corriander leaves etc. Population approximately there are 600 to 700 peoples beauty of the village the village has two three waterfall which are not so big as compare to other but it is so beautiful and if it is clean properly and maintained it, it will be come one of the good place for visit and tourist place.
