Though u can find many of this kind in near by villages , this is the biggest of all.

According to age old people in the village it was used to protect valuable things, food grains during the time of enemy attack. It is very sad about these old structures ia that government has not taken care to protect these things.However these are not being destroyed by the local people due to religious belief that lord Brahma(Bharmappa) lives in it and a diety of him is being worshipped here.
