Introduction:- Revenue village Tipni was settled by Vikram Samvat 1822 Sudi Trayodashi (3 May 1765) by four sons of Chatararam ji Chauyal 1. Rajuram ji 2. Lohit ji 3. Taro ji and 4. Deva ji. Out of 18 1/2 villages of Jhunjhar Singh ji, the responsibility of Tipni village was given to his fifth son Raj Singh ji. Thakur was made. Along with Mukun Singh ji, his brother-in-law Khangar Singh ji Chauhan also came from Bhinchawa-Makrana and settled in Tipni village.
Around Vikram Samvat 1859 (1802 AD), Saint Roopdas Ji Maharaj, coming from Raghavgarh, Madhya Pradesh, had meditated under the Inonk tree located in the center of Tipni in Medhi (garden) and Nondia Tal (area). Today, at both the places of the village, the people of the entire village together worship Sant Roopdas Ji Maharaj with great joy. They are owned every year when there is no rain.
