Village Dunewala is located on the east side of Bathinda Dabbwali GT road on the distance of 2.7Km. The foundation stone of this village is laid by Baba Dunna Sra, the younger bother of Baba Malla Sra(Founder of village Malwala). A famous wrestler(mal) named Butta Singh was from this village who played wrestling in the time of Maha Raja Patiala. He fought with giant bear and broken his jaw in fight.
