Anantagiri is a very small village, the population is around 5000 to 6000 and this village has famous Sivalayam which is built in Odissi contemporary style. In this temple the main diety is lord siva and it has other temples of Goddess Parvathi, lord Jagannatha and Navagrahas and has a temple pond. This temple is built way back 300 years. Recently Rama mandir has been constructed and at the entrance of the village, there was 50ft height Lord Hanuman statue. The crops cultivated in this area are Rice, Cashew, groundnut and Gingelly, blackgram
