The Brahmans of the village comes from Bhadohi and the grand father of Singh cost was Baba Sujan Singh . from one brahmin family now becomes 10 family and from Singh above 100 family.
The very near and new market is shambhu nagar and Gopalpur towards mehnagar side. another side nearest village is Bhatauli, Kamhariya towards Kharihani Bazaar. insted of Mourya all cost are in the Village.total kilometer from mahuwari to Azamgarh is 35 .
