This village was started taking shape from 1931 when four brothers Datla Perumalla raju, Rama Raju, Rajan Raju and Seeta Rama Raju migrated from nearby Gurraju peta village to this place and started living there.. Even after 80 years of this new hamlet formation only 80 people who are the descendant of the above four brothers live here.
