Tugalpur village has a long existential period. Its been a vibrant village located between a vibrant city called greater noida.

As per its history, the village’s original name was haldona and whose major part was owned by an influential man named chhote namberdaar garathi, later which he named tugalpur. At present his legacy is being continued by dalgir’s family, also an entrance gate to the village has been built and named on chhote nambardaar’s eldest son chaudhary Dalgir singh nambardaar.
