Saru is a Village where no development has done even being the political constitution of the CM of Odisha Mr. Naveen Pattnaik. No facilities of job creation or industrialisation or there is no encourage and support from the state or central govt. to improve farmings. The glory of this village is that it was the most developed on farming in past before 20 yrs but now these became history all small farmers are left farming due to not getting labours at their firm and no facilities of water supply also, farmers are always depend on the weather for rain to start farming every year.At the time on past when near by areas of saru are no comunication and no schools at that time saru got its own higher secendary school and three other primer school including girls school seperately. You cant believe that when there are no NAC area in sarrounding 10 kelometers of SARU the village has its Post Office, SBI branch and many more.People of other village sourounding Saru depends on this village for Education , Banking and other financial or social support. But due to lake of political interest and wrong political decisions of both State and Central govt. and lake of labors to firming and natural crises or unnatural weathers the firming of the village and Cow shielding are reduced to zero label, than peoples are bound to go as migrants for earning to Metros of towns. Once upon a time the population of our village is 7500 and now it reduces to 2300 only.The basic need to rebuild the village is to facilitate water supply to the farm for every time through the year and to open offices for skill development program for the youths, providing plans for horticulture, fishing, poultry, and other ways to earing of the villagers.The Nearest Railway station is Bramhapur Railway Station which is 18 kms far from the village.
