Chief deity of Chagaon is shri Maheshwar ji and there is a beautiful temple of him which is in Pagoda style. Another deities of this village are Shri Narayan ji, Godess Durga, Kali and Vishnu ji. Lots of festivals are celebrated here every year.one of the famous festival of Kinnaur i.e festival of flowers called as  Fulyach Or Ukhyang (ookhyang).Ukhayang litraly means U(oo)-Flower and Khyang-look that means to look the flowers. Another famous festival of this village is Chaitrol.
