This is a relatively small village well conn ected by road. It has two Upper Pandher and lower Pandher. Upper Pandher was car ved out to settle Jat community.  It's a prosperous village with very high literacy, Engineers, Doctors, Teachers, Defence officers, Govt officers etc. 
Village is known for its large step well which also acts as a dipping pool during rainy season. It also has a small lord Shiva temple.
