There is a Darga just on the boarders of the village towards Tadepalligudem. It is Just 1 km away from the main village.  All people in the village irrespective of religions, castes worship there. That is the symbol of the secularism in the village. In fact the  trustees of the Darga are the Hindus. All the worships are according to the trditions of the Hindus though it i a Darga. That is the unique feature of the village .

Every year, Urusu happens here which is very famous and celebrated grandly. People from all over district and nearby comes here. This celebration is given high importance in local media as well.
