OverView Of Yellanda

Yellanda is a Historical place, with two main temples side by side, lard Shiva and Narsimhaswamy, we won’t see any where in Warangal dist; such type of temples side by side in same premises of temple compound area, it is like a fort, once upon a time this area was under control with kakateeya rajas the temples built by rajas only. The inside pillars are similar to the Thousand pillar temple of Hanumakonda, and it located nearby Warangal district only. And one another Shiva temple was excavated near Munner vagu river one kilometer away from the village (by arciyalogical Dept) 20 years back. Which is now everyday pill grim place for local and district?

And there may be some more temples are covered with sand in underground in nearby Shiva and narsimha swamy temples area. The total temple area is more than or less 100 acres, at present we see only above temples, and some sculptures were we see nearby places; i.e, temple pillars, Shiva lingaas, other sculptures, which are belongs the temple mades. All are available there for to see the history.

In Yellanda since 25 years one school is running successfully named KAKATIYA SCHOOL. The management of this school is B.Sampath Kumar, B.Sadanandam, G.Srinivasulu. Many students are well settled from this school. Kakatiya school gives the opportunity to students to write T.S.R.S(APRS)  and they give excellent coaching for TSRS. 350 students are got in to that TSRS from this school til now. Now this school running English medium also successfully.
