Lord Bramarambika Mallikarjuna temple is one of the oldest and famous temple with over 100+ years of history which is equipped with unique Simhadwaram purely constructed or erected with heavy rectangular carved stones and poles that reflects an architecture and represents peoples deducation towards spritual/devotion of that period or duration. One should wonder how well it was built with minimal infrastructure and technology over 100 years back. The village also consists of good number of other small and mid level temples namely Hanuman mandir, Sri Rama mandir, Mutyalamma, SriKrishna temple, Mosque and couple of Churches which shows the unity and integrity as well as richest heritage of this place. There are couple of Primary and one Upper Primary schools exists in the village which pumps the children more educate.

The primary resource of income for the people here in this village is agriculture, dairy and some other small scale/freelance businesses.
