Bhabu village is a brahmin dominated village. Bhatt caste lives in bhabu. Bhatt's are basically priest in Airy Raja's temple which is commonly knowned as AIRI DYO. Bhatt's descenders have migrated to Haldwani and appx 90 families lives in Haldwani. Many famous personalities like Kalyan Baba of Himalaya Devasthanam, Dol, Swami Harichetnanand of Hari Seva Sadan, Haridwar, Swami Dharmanandji Maharaj of Amarkantak, and many more persons are from Bhanu. It's a very good scenic place. Earlier, there was no road connectivity to this village. But last year 2019, under PMGSY , road has come to bhabu, but still the work is incomplete and metalled road is awaited
