Old Temborni was a km inside the present village, which was shifted here due to an effect of backwater of Sudha, a tributory to Godavari on which SriRam sagar was built.The old village is surrounded by a fort like wall; probably it was a palace of a feudal king. Now a Shiva's temple rests in the old village worth visiting.
