Tulunda village is in the Tarbha block of Sonepur district.It is on the boarder of Sonepur and Balangir district.Nearest city of Tulunda are Tarbha ,Balangir,kantamal,Tusra sonepur.It is a big village consists of 500 family with a population of more than 4500.Thereis an old festival at Tulunda named chudakhai jatra.Lord pudapat and sigerpat are main god of this festival.Tulunda is regarded as the most educated village in Tarbha block.The most persons of the village are Govt servent. There is a beautiful dam in the village on Nibruti River. A Shiva temple named Gupteswar baba temple also another attraction of the village.Besides Gupteswar temple, Jagannath temple,Maa pudapat temple,Bajarang temple,Durga mandir are the attractions.There is a beautiful seasonal waterfall in the village near khagsi bandh which attracts the people most.
