Village Kohala: It is just located 4 KM from Kangra Town towards Patahnkot road. From mataur (a diversion point for mandi town), hardly one has to travell 200 m and from the first bridge over Manuni Khad there is road leading to this important village. It is known as Kohala because it is the village floaded with local water channels known as Kuhals. Land is very fertile and very suitable for agriculture. Major occupation of the villagers has been the agriculture SECTOR, though new generation is also holding good positions in govt and private sectors.
