Sainagar is a Yanadi colony in Ippapenta Panchayat, CK Dinne Mandal formed in 1989. Previously the Yanadies are living in the nearby forest area by procuring Non Timber Forest Produce (NTFP) from the forest. The Then Sarpanch namely Sri.Saheb Peer brought them from the forest and povided house sites at hillock named as "Shaik Saheb Peer Nagar" in the year 1989. Gradually the village name became and pronounced as "Sai Nagar" and now the village name popular as Sainagar. it is surrounded by Red Sanders (Pterocorpus santalinus) is an endemic variety and only available in Kadapa and Chittoor Districts, i.e, Seshachalam hills. By the Efforts of S. Saheb Peer and HEEDS NGO AP Housing Board has povided 20 Low cost houses and constructed in 1996-97. The villagers are protecting nearby forest through Joint Forest Management and Community Forest Management programmes. Both the Government Programmes were completed in the years 1996-2002 and 2002 - 2007.
